Why I chose my major

I’ve had a passion for financial planning long before I even knew it was a profession. During my studies as a finance undergraduate major, I gained valuable insights into the corporate world, but I always felt drawn to working directly with individuals and families. Financial planning has given me the chance to make a meaningful impact by guiding people through important financial decisions that shape their lives.

What I like most about FACS

The strong sense of family is palpable as soon as you step into a FACS building like Dawson Hall. The support and guidance provided by the faculty and staff create a unique and welcoming environment unlike any other college.

Post-graduation plans

After graduation, I’ll be relocating to Charlotte, N.C., to join Vanguard in their Financial Advisor Development Program.
