- Why I chose my major
I started as an exercise science major at GCSU, but felt like something was missing. So, when I looked into nutrition as a career and found UGA's dietetics major, transferring was a no-brainer. I love that dietetics continues to grow and evolve as a practice and focuses on enabling people to make informed decisions for what's right for them and their health. My time at UGA as a dietetics major has prepared me to interact with the public as a nutrition professional and a lifelong student.
- What I like most about FACS
The faculty in FACS have always looked for the best in me and done everything in their power to help me find what I can bring to the world of dietetics and excel in my future career. They have always believed in me more than I believed in myself and pushed me to be better than I ever thought I could be.
- Post-graduation plans
I will be starting my master's degree online at Virginia Tech in January and my Dietetic Internship in the Washington, D.C. area next August!
