Money affects nearly every aspect of your life - yet most of us never learned how to manage it with confidence or clarity.
At the Love and Money Center, our student financial planners help you build a healthier relationship with money. Whether you're working to understand your spending patterns, create a sustainable budget, tackle debt, or simply feel less anxious about your finances, our student financial planners provide judgment-free, personalized support - completely free of charge.
We serve clients nationwide through virtual sessions and in the greater Athens area through in-person appointments.
Our financial planning and coaching services are provided by students in the Financial Planning program and Behavioral Financial Planning/Financial Therapy certificate program in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences, working under the close supervision of financial planning faculty.

Our student financial coaches help you understand why you make the financial decisions you do and how to create sustainable change. Working with you on budgeting, saving, spending, managing debt, planning for goals, and building confidence, they bring insights from their training in behavioral finance and financial therapy to help you move from financial uncertainty to clarity.
